Azizul Haque was a prominent Bangladeshi Islamic scholar and academic. He was born on September 27, 1928, in the village of Dighalkandi in the Narsingdi district of Bangladesh. Haque dedicated his life to the study and promotion of Islamic teachings and served as a respected figure within the Muslim community of Bangladesh.


Haque received his education from various institutions, including Aligarh Muslim University in India and Cairo University in Egypt. He attained his Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from Aligarh Muslim University, specializing in the field of Hadith (sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad).


Throughout his career, Haque contributed significantly to Islamic scholarship through his writings, teachings, and lectures. He authored numerous books and articles on various aspects of Islam, including the Quran, Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence, and Islamic history. His works aimed to elucidate Islamic principles and promote a deeper understanding of the religion among Muslims.


Azizul Haque's influence extended beyond academia; he was also involved in social and religious activities, working to promote unity and understanding among different segments of society.
